Terms
and Condition, Private Policy and Cancellation Policy are considered to
be agreed upon confirming the tour between the Customer and the
Provider via email: eva.trkalova@gmail.com, text message or phone call
to +420602216812. TERMS AND CONDITION The Provider: Eva Trkalová, Na Třebešíně
1060, Praha 10 The client books the services and the Provider confirms the booking via email, text or phone call as mentioned above. The Client will be informed of the
tour scheme before the tour. The Provider is not responsible for any
health issues caused by walking or driving (taxi, tram, car), losses or
damages during the tour. None of the vehicles used eventually during
the tour are owned by the Provider. The lenght of the tours are
approximate and can prolong due to external conditions like traffic or
breaks. The Provider is not responsible for the issues caused by such
situation. In case of bad weather, the Clients is responsible for having appropriate clothing. If the Client decides to cancel the tour due to weather condition, the minimum payment (3 hours) applies. The Client is not allowed to make video recordings during the tour unless agreed with the Provider. CANCELLATION POLICY The
cancellation fee is 50% of the first day confirmed Prague Tour, if
cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the tour. Cancellation fee for
the driving tour is 50% of the first day tour and applies 72 hours
prior to this tour. If tours are not cancelled at all or the same day ,
a full first day fee applies. The pay pal fees are not refundable (both ways). The
minimum cancellation fee is 3 hours fee for the relevant group. PRIVATE POLICY/GDPR There
are no cookies used on this website. All provided personal data such as the name, email and sometimes cell number are considered as private. I use them only for communication with the Client. They are only stored in my email. Access to my email account is secured by 2-step verification as well access to my website. Access to my phone is secured by face detection/PIN code. There is no third party, I am the only one communicating with the Client and the only person using secured phone. The date are not sent to anybody else. I am in charge of all the data.
